CTI Investigation Summary
Company response status: Medium Concern
CTI-001 Follow-Up Evidence Review
As part of the continuing City Traders Imperium investigation, Prop Firm Evidence completed an additional case-level review of CTI-001. This was one of the 26 High/Very High Concern public complaint signals originally selected for detailed monitoring.
The complaint alleged rejected payouts, no account upgrade and insufficient transparency after the trader reportedly passed multiple accounts.
City Traders Imperium Public Response
City Traders Imperium responded publicly on the same day. The response included information relating to:
- A previous $1,200 payment
- Trading-risk and margin information
- Relevant rule references
- Previous warnings issued to the trader
- Free retrial opportunities reportedly provided
After reviewing the public response and the linked supporting images, Prop Firm Evidence classified the company response as:
Company response supported by public evidence.
The CTI response addressed the principal concerns raised in the complaint and provided substantially clearer public context than was available from the complaint alone.
Case Register Adjustment
CTI-001 remains preserved within the historical audit record. However, following the additional evidence review, it is no longer counted as an unresolved High/Very High Concern case.
The current City Traders Imperium High/Very High Concern register has therefore been reduced from 26 cases to 25 cases.
This adjustment does not remove or rewrite the original public complaint. It records that the company subsequently provided a detailed response supported by relevant public evidence.
Technical Annotation
A minor audit annotation was recorded concerning the margin terminology. The available screenshot displayed a margin level of 101.57%, equivalent to approximately 98.45% margin usage. CTI referred to the 101.57% figure as margin utilisation, although the screenshot labelled the figure as margin level.
Effect on the CTI Audit Score
The City Traders Imperium Public Complaint Safety Score remains 62/100 — Medium Concern / Monitoring.
The score remains unchanged because CTI’s existing public response activity had already been recognised through the company-response quality adjustment applied within the original V3 assessment.
This case demonstrates how a detailed, timely and evidence-supported company response can improve transparency, clarify a public dispute and reduce the number of unresolved concern cases.

Weekly Finding
No new negative public review entries were identified for City Traders Imperium | CTI during this weekly review period.

Because no new qualifying public complaint signals were found, this weekly update does not add new concern deductions under the V3 methodology.
Overall Weekly Assessment
This was a quiet weekly monitoring period for CTI. The weekly sample does not show new public complaint pressure and does not create a reason to reduce the current score.
The original CTI audit remains separate and unchanged. CTI remains at 62 / 100 — Medium Concern / Monitoring based on the full historical V3 review.

1. Investigation Summary
Report type: Public Audit Report — V3 Response-Adjusted Methodology
Investigation status: Monitoring — response-adjusted scoring applied.
Important Evidence Notice
This report is based on public review material and visible company public response material reviewed by PropFirm Evidence. It does not claim legal proof of wrongdoing, and it does not say every complaint is true.
A public company reply is recorded as balancing evidence, but it does not automatically disprove a trader complaint. Cases are only reduced where the reply provides clear rule context, account context, transaction status, platform logs, or evidence of resolution.
Public Review Snapshot
PropFirm Evidence reviewed 115 public review entries relating to City Traders Imperium | CTI. Under the V3 methodology, 26 entries were selected as High public concern complaint signals. A further 89 entries were excluded from the serious public concern register because they were lower concern, old, resolved, routine support-only, or insufficient-detail cases.
The current Public Complaint Safety Score is:
62 / 100 — Medium Concern
Evidence confidence is recorded as Medium-Low. Company response status is recorded as public replies detected — meaningful balancing evidence visible.
Main Complaint Patterns
- Rule clarity at payout, upgrade, verification, and account-review stage.
- Payout, withdrawal, upgrade, or funded-stage review disputes.
- KYC, SumSub, VPN, device, or access-review concerns.
- Trading-style rule disputes, including one-sided betting, gambling behaviour, margin use, risk stacking, copy trading, or reverse hedging.
- Platform, execution, stop-loss, slippage, or server issues where account status was affected.
- Support and appeal quality where final account decisions were involved.
Main Finding
The strongest public complaint pattern found in the CTI review material is connected to rule clarity and account review at sensitive stages. These include payout, upgrade, verification, VPN/device, and account-review moments.
The evidence does not support saying CTI has a proven systematic client-protection failure. The evidence supports saying CTI has public complaint areas that should be monitored.
CTI has visible public replies on many complaints. These replies often provide rule explanations, payout history, retrials, refunds, support instructions, bug correction, or account-review reasoning. This is why CTI receives a positive response adjustment under V3.
Evidence Dataset Reviewed
| Public review entries reviewed | 115 |
| Star range reviewed | 1–3 stars |
| Date range reviewed | 5 Sep 2020 – 7 Jul 2026 |
| High public concern cases | 26 |
| Excluded lower / medium / unclear entries | 89 |
| Direct verified trader cases completed | 0 |
| Company public replies detected | Yes |
| Company response adjustment | +11 / +15 |
Case Count Notice
The number 115 means public review entries reviewed after visible duplicate removal. It does not mean 115 verified cases.
The number 26 means High public concern complaint signals selected for the public concern register. It does not mean 26 proven failures.
The number 89 means entries counted in the dataset but excluded from the serious public concern register because they were lower severity, lower detail, old, resolved, routine support-only, or not strong enough to support a serious public warning by themselves.
Final Public Summary
City Traders Imperium | CTI receives a Public Complaint Safety Score of 62 / 100, placing it in the Medium Concern category.
The main concern is rule clarity at the point where traders pass, request payout, request upgrade, complete verification, use VPN/devices, or reach account review.
The score includes a +11 company response quality adjustment because CTI replies publicly to many complaints and some replies show specific context or remedy. The adjustment is not complete because the public material does not independently verify full trader records, account logs, platform logs, or appeal records.
